I never knew this image would be so popular

This image was shot last year from an intentionally damaged disposable camera. There was water and heat damage to the camera. Well, it’s now extremely popular on tumblr now. The link is to the fatcatimages tumblr blog. It’s pretty much a mirror of this site to gain more exposure here. But I am excited the tween crowd is flavoring this image so much. See the comments by clicking on the image. Wow! Yay!

Okay – here is my first shot from intentionally damaging a disposable camera. I marked up the lens with highlighters. Submersed the camera in salt water and baked at 170 for three minutes. I like that the clerk at the photo center stated on my package that the film was wet and some prints were did not turn out right. Hee – that was intentional!

Okay. Here I intentionally damaged a disposable film camera. I would like to see how this film develops tomorrow. 1). I marked up the lens and flash with colored highlighter markers. 1-B.) I shot the roll of film. 2) Immersed the camera into salt water. 3) Baked the camera at 170 for three minutes. 4) Camera is ready for processing. I hope to post images tomorrow. Let’s hope it works out…
